AGNG endeavours to keep our customers 100% satisfied at all times. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss. We reserve the right to rectify or remedy any error at our discretion.

All orders are packed with care and individually checked prior to dispatch – if a product is delivered damaged, please notify us immediately.

Please be aware that while we take every reasonable care when despatching goods to you, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss and/or damage during transit. It is strongly recommended that you effect suitable insurance protection for such a risk Claims for short deliveries and any missing parcels must be noted on the delivery docket prior to signing so the courier company is also advised in writing at time of delivery.

All claims must be received in writing within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.
